If your computer can connect to other WiFi networks, Windows update has nothing to do with it. In any case, if you think the cause is due to the latest Windows update, uninstall that update:
New windows update won't let me connect to eduroam
I updated my laptop today to 2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5033375) and now my laptop wont connect to eduroam. It worked perfectly fine before the update but now it is stuck checking network requirements. I've tried using troubleshooting which told me to reset my network settings and restart my computer. I did that and now when I do trouble shooting it says not connected to network and tells me to try and conned to a network when I'm already trying to connect to eduroam. I've tried updating my drivers they're all up to date, I've tried forgetting eduroam and then reinstalling the system requirements, and I've tried restarting the laptop.
Also my computer is able to connect to other networks, it is only eduroam that is having this problem but unfortunately eduroam is the only WiFi I can use as the only other available one is a WiFi I can connect to for 30 minutes to set up eduroam.
How would I fix this?
