my minecraft account is logged into wrong email.

Hi! I purchased Minecraft about a year ago, and I have my Order ID / receipt ready. However, when I try to log in using my email, the system automatically creates a brand new, empty Xbox profile named 'PII removed' instead of loading my actual Minecraft account, which has the Gamertag <PII removed>

It seems like a duplicate account profile issue or an entitlement sync error on the server side. Could you please look up my Order ID and help me recover or link my email back to my correct profile <PII removed>

Usually, your Xbox profile will be linked to your Microsoft Account at the point of creation. After that, you can no longer create another profile with that account. The most possible reason for this is that your email address is no longer linked with your Microsoft Account. In other words, your account might have been hacked, and the hacker has changed the log in email.

Unfortunately, this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. • Type Live chat in the search box. 
• Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or Sign in to contact support below. 
• Go to the Products and services tab, and choose Other products
• On the Category tab, choose Billing and Account Profile questions 
• Go to Confirm. 
• You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

   • Try signing in with any other email addresses or aliases that might have been used when Minecraft was purchased.
   • Each time, check whether the correct gamertag ARABKARDO appears and whether the Minecraft entitlement is present.
4. If the original Microsoft account no longer works If the email that used to show ARABKARDO now fails to sign in or says the account does not exist, follow the standard account recovery path:
   • Use the Recover your account flow at https://account.live.com/password/reset and provide the email, phone, or Skype name that was used.
