Hello, thanks in advance for any help with the below question:

I need to sysprep an image for embedded deployment in a factory. The image already has the accounts I want and it has those accounts locked out of changes and configured for the lock/login screen that I want.

However, sysprep'ing appears to remove those lock/login screen settings.

What is the proper sysprep flag to preserve these settings?

Sysprep will not change the lock screen settings if you forced a specific lock screen in group policy.

    • gpedit.msc
    • Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control Panel\Personalization\
    • Force a specific default lock screen and logon image
