i have paid annual subscription valid upto 20 january 2027, i am a single man retired person age 73 year entity, by cnfusion copilot made me to open duplicate account on monthly basis which i am no more interestedas i am suffering from parkison

i am single man retired person 73 years suffering from parkinson disease,

copilot caused confusion which made me to open duplicate monthly account which if duplicaste payment .

i want reimbursement of duplicate payment which you agreed to refund,

also refund my left out subscription out of annual fee paid.

i am no more interested in ms 365 as it is causing hinderence in my work .

you have excessive unwanted security which is not required by me

no more interested in ms 365 , due to health reason already paid annual subscription and duplcate monthly payment for 3 months,

    you are not allowing me take copies of documents with out link . my privateb users are not having internet access at all places and are unable to download link . legally allow me to take or save copy for use immediatly . do not stop work .
