I'm having trouble with Microsoft Teams. My Teams app keeps exiting unexpectedly, and it keeps doing that. What's wrong? How can I fix this?

I really need help regarding this problem I am facing. Thank you.

    Dear @Han,

    Thank you for your update!

If your Teams application unexpectedly closes, I recommend repairing the Teams app and checking the Event Viewer on your device to identify if any related errors are recorded. If the issue appears as a disconnection, it may be related to network conditions. Please try connecting to a different network and ensure that TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 are enabled on your system.

If Teams continues to close, you may also try the following setting, which has helped other users resolve similar issues:

    • Navigate to Background App Permissions
    • Set “Let this app run in the background” from Power saving to Always

Additionally, there are reports that some users with Lenovo devices and displays running at refresh rates higher than 60 Hz may encounter similar issues. I encourage you to review the following reference article and verify whether the workaround applies to your scenario.
