Using Outlook for iOS for personal email and calendar management

I understand you can send email, but you are not receiving new email after purchasing additional storage, and you’re also asking whether missed emails will arrive later.
Please reply with:
- Are you not receiving email from all senders, or only certain senders (e.g., verification codes / specific companies)?
- Does the issue happen in Outlook on the web (Outlook.com) as well, or only in the Outlook iOS app?
- Do you see the missing emails in Junk, Other (Focused Inbox), or are they missing from all folders and search?
