WIN10 cant install vs 2019

i'm trying to install vs2019 community, but the install.exe dosent work, nothing shows up after i click it.

    Please check for Windows Updates to apply the latest Windows updates, ensure that all critical and recommended Windows Updates are installed and completed. Then reboot your computer and retry your installation.

    If this issue persists, please right-click the execution file and run “Troubleshoot compatibility” to see if it helps unblock you.

    Meanwhile, please check if you have specialized anti-virus, app-blocker, or GPO phased permission software installed that maybe be blocking this installation. Please temporarily disable them and clean your %temp% folder to try again.
