Im having issues with this pc with windows 11

After I reseted the pc

Theres no windows security, it shows a blank screen when I open it, and it's not anywhere on my pc even in regedit, and services.msc theres windows defender firewall, and windows and windows defender advanced threat protection

Wifi is a bit slower

When I try to open apps like brave or even roblox installler, it tells me that the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software.
I tried launching the setup exe with cmd, on safe mode it doesnt open , and with the bootable usb It shows some red lines on the bottom of the screen then blue screen with black lines
Also i when i try opening proton vpn and some other apps either it shows that its a virus or it doesnt open at all.
**Before reseting
**I cant reinstall windows and i still cant even after reset ( I'm certain that it's not USB issues since I tried it multiple times)

Games containing anti cheats did not work (Fortnite, Valorant, R6S, unturned)

Bluetooth sometimes didn't work

I couldn't activate windows and when I click on it in the settings it freezed my settings now it doesnt show me "activate windows in settings"

Is there a way to fix this ? I can use my brother's laptop in case i need a pc to download stuff, tho please tell me if you have a solution

    Hello,

Could you first open the Start Menu and then type winver and then push enter? Then, take a screenshot of the window that pops up and kindly attach it here. This will allow me to determine the version of Windows that you have.

Then, could you open a Command Prompt window (as admin) and type slmgr /dlv, push enter, and then take a screenshot of the window that pops up? This helps me with the activation info (even though the PC isn't activated).

Then, could you tell me where you got the ISO from, and what app you used to create the Windows 11 installation media?

As for your anti-cheat issues, you might have turned Secure Boot off; anti-cheats (especially kernel-level anti-cheats) need it on so no malicious code can be injected before Windows starts up.

Hope to hear back from you.
