I've just take and passed the above certification although its not showing up in my learning portal.

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab especially over the weekend. What you need to check and then do if you cannot find your certification is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications
