Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am contacting you because I accidentally deleted my subscription information. Recently, I noticed that I was charged the annual membership fee even though I had already purchased a lifetime membership previously.

I still have the activation/purchase code for my lifetime membership.

I kindly ask you to review my account and reactivate my lifetime membership as soon as possible.

Thank you for your assistance and support. I look forward to your prompt response.

Best regards,

Mrs GHRAIRI Faouzia

Log into your Microsoft account on this link, what Office licence or subscription do you find linked to your Microsoft account there.

Subscription and billing details cannot be accessed or changed here. To have the account reviewed, the lifetime license verified, and the subscription reactivated or corrected, direct contact with Microsoft Support and Billing is required.

    Use one of these options:

    1. Check subscription status
      1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page and sign in with the account used for Microsoft 365.
      2. Verify which subscriptions are active, expired, or canceled and whether any recurring billing subscription is still being charged.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support for billing correction
      1. Go to the Microsoft Support site for billing and subscription help.
      2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account.
      3. Choose the Microsoft 365/Office product and a billing or subscription category (for example, “Manage my subscription” or “Billing and Payment updates”).
      4. Use “Chat with a support agent” or request a call back.
      5. Provide:
        • The activation/purchase code for the lifetime license.
        • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) for the lifetime product.
        • Details of the unwanted annual charge (date, amount, last 4 digits of card).
      6. Ask the agent to:
        • Confirm and reactivate the lifetime license on the account, if eligible.
        • Cancel any incorrect recurring subscription.
        • Review eligibility for a refund of the annual charge.

If there are duplicate or incorrect charges, Microsoft Billing Support is the only channel that can process cancellations and potential refunds.
