If you are an end user on a managed school laptop, there is no supported native method within Windows to bypass or disable this filter without organizational administrative credentials.

Lightspeed Filter Agent is controlled and managed by the school or district IT department on school-managed devices. It cannot be disabled, bypassed, or uninstalled using Microsoft products or Microsoft Teams settings.

Only the school’s IT administrators, who have the required admin permissions and passwords, can change Lightspeed settings, unblock sites, or remove the agent. To request changes (for example, to allow specific educational sites), contact a teacher or the school IT/helpdesk and ask them to review and possibly allow those sites.

Unblocking or bypassing school security and filtering policies without permission is not supported.
