When I try to send email, it displays a message saying the draft can't be saved and the email can be sent.

Please include a copy of the error exactly as it appears on your screen. Who is your mail provider - that is, what follows the @ in your address? What type of account (IMAP, POP, Exchange) do you have configured in Outlook? Did you configure it manually or did you allow Outlook to configure it automatically? Has it ever worked? If so, what changed on your computer between then and now?
