I need help with downloading and installing new MS Teams I already have a paid subscription but I can't access the New Teams App

To download and install the new Microsoft Teams app with an existing paid Microsoft 365 subscription, use one of these supported methods:

1. Install via Microsoft 365 apps portal (for business subscriptions)
   1. Go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps.
   2. Sign in with the same Microsoft 365 work or school account that has the Teams license.
   3. Select Install and more, then Install Microsoft 365 apps.
   4. Run the downloaded OfficeSetup.exe and complete installation. This installs Microsoft 365 apps including Microsoft Teams.
   5. Open Teams and sign in with the same account.
2. Download Teams for personal/small business use (if using a personal Microsoft account)
   1. In a browser, go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/teams-for-home.
   2. Activate the Download the free app control.
   3. Choose Download the free Microsoft Teams app for Windows 11 (or the option that matches the device) and complete installation.
   4. Sign in with the Microsoft account that is associated with the subscription.
3. Download Teams Free (if wanting the free version)
   1. Go to the Teams Free download page: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-teams/teams-for-home?rtc=1.
   2. Download and install the app.
   3. Sign in with a Microsoft account.

If sign-in fails or Teams does not appear after installing Microsoft 365 apps, contact the organization’s IT admin to verify that the Teams service is enabled for the account and that any firewall or policy settings allow Teams access.
