Direct reconnection with a specific support agent such as “Devesh K” is not available. Microsoft consumer support routes each new request to the next available agent rather than to a named individual.
To continue with the recommendations that were discussed and to get help setting up the new Microsoft service and OneDrive support, start a new support request:
For Microsoft 365 for home subscriptions:
- Use the Get Help app or browser:
- Open the Get Help app on Windows, or go to the online contact support page.
- Describe the issue (mention that the previous chat was interrupted and summarize what Devesh suggested).
- Choose the option to Chat or Call back to reach a new agent.
Or, from the Microsoft 365/Office support site:
- Go to the Microsoft Office Support home page.
- Scroll to the bottom and select a support option (chat, phone, or email) where available.
If the issue involves account or subscription/billing for Microsoft 365 and OneDrive:
- Visit Account & Billing Help for Microsoft account and subscription issues.
- If more help is needed, go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter the problem, select Get Help, then choose Contact Support to reach an agent.
If chat or call options show as unavailable, try again during local business hours, as support availability can be limited at certain times.
