Mobile number updation

Question

How do i update my new mobile number as i am not seeing any option under "Account info" section. Phone number is showing as "None" but there is no tab to update or modify details.

For personal Microsoft accounts, Microsoft now says you can no longer add a phone number as a new security method. Their current support article states: “For increased security, you can no longer add a phone number” when adding a new way to verify sign-in.
