Hi LINDOKUHLE BRITEN NDIMANDE,
I can understand how frustrating this is, especially after you’ve already tried multiple troubleshooting steps like SFC, DISM, and removing software without success.
In the meantime, please try the steps below:
- Temporarily remove or disconnect any non-essential hardware (such as additional network cards, PCIe devices, USB peripherals, or external drives)
- Keep only the essentials connected (keyboard/mouse and monitor)
- If you’re using an add-on network card, try removing it during the upgrade
It also helped in some cases to update system components beforehand:
- Update BIOS/UEFI to the latest version from the manufacturer
- Install the latest chipset, storage, and network drivers
If possible, please let me know whether your system has any additional internal hardware or expansion cards, so we can narrow this down further if needed.
While my initial response may not fully resolve the issue, I truly appreciate your cooperation as we work together toward identifying the most effective solution. Thank you so much for your understanding.
