    Hi!

Did you buy a new computer and install Office?

Did you recently restore your system?

If you have a lifetime license for Office 2021, you need to check if that license is correctly linked to your account, and if you have any active MS 365 subscriptions on your account. Perhaps you purchased Microsoft 365 instead of Office?

In any case, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services > See if any subscription appears with the name Microsoft 365. If your Office license is correctly linked, it should appear as Microsoft Office 2021...
