Hello Microsoft Support, I renewed my Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) successfully until 2027. However, my MCT status and profile are no longer showing in the portal. It appears that my account may have been disconnected or there is a synchronization issue. Could you please help me restore or re-associate my MCT status?
