This is the official support website for your laptop on the Mecer website

    https://mecer.co.za/support-2/

Click Drivers at the top right, then select Notebook on the left.

The drivers they provide for your device are available by clicking YA13Q50-LTE on the left side

Or this is the direct download link to get the full set of drivers they provide for your laptop model

For WWAN/LTE/mobile broadband on a Windows 11 home device, the correct driver must come from the device or module manufacturer, not from a generic Microsoft download.

On Windows 10/11, USB-based mobile broadband devices that comply with the Mobile Broadband Interface Model (MBIM) and meet Windows hardware certification are supported by the built‑in mobile broadband class driver. When such a certified module is present, Windows installs and uses this class driver automatically and no separate download from Microsoft is required.

If the WWAN/LTE device in the Mecer YA13Q50‑LTE is not being detected or the driver is missing, the required steps are:

    1. Go to the official support page for the Mecer YA13Q50‑LTE (PC manufacturer’s website).
    2. Locate the downloads/support section for this exact model.
    3. Download and install the WWAN/LTE/mobile broadband (sometimes listed as “cellular”, “WWAN”, or “modem”) driver or firmware package provided there.
    4. After installation, restart Windows so the device can be enumerated and, if MBIM‑compliant, bound to the Windows mobile broadband class driver.

If the module is MBIM‑compliant and Windows‑certified, once the OEM driver/firmware is correctly installed, Windows will use the mobile broadband class driver to manage it and no additional Microsoft driver download is needed.
