Direct phone contact cannot be initiated.

To speak with a support agent about Microsoft 365/Office for home:

    1. Go to the Microsoft customer service page: Customer service phone numbers.
    2. Select the region/country.
    3. Use the provided phone number or the Get Help option to describe the issue and choose chat or request a call back during the available hours.

Alternatively, use the general support entry point:

    1. Go to Contact support.
    2. Select the relevant product/service (for example, Microsoft 365 & Office).
    3. Choose the appropriate category (such as account, billing, or technical issue).
    4. Select chat or request a call so a support agent can contact during the preferred time window.
