Microsoft 365 does not recognize my subscription renewal

I renewed my Microsoft 365 subscription on March 20, 2026. Starting about 10 days ago I am unable to save Excel or Word documents, and am unable to create a new document in either program.

    Hi,

    Have you tried logging out of your account in the Microsoft 365 app and then logging back in? If not, please try. This will refresh your account on your app.

    If the issue persists, try restarting your PC.

    If it does not work, try repairing Microsoft 365.
