I cannot find a solution to this problem. I had been away overseas for 5 weeks and returned to find Outlook not working?

    Hi,

    1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
    2. Copy and paste the following path, then press Enter:
    %localappdata%\Microsoft\Olk

    1. In that folder, locate the following files/folders and delete them:
      • UserSettings.json
      • Identities.IdentityAliases
      • Identities.CloudCache
      • AccountLocalBackup.Json
    2. Try again and let me know.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

The ADDriverStoreAccessNonLocalException error in new Outlook is a known Outlook issue currently being investigated by the Outlook engineering team. There is no final fix or ETA yet. The recommended action is to keep Outlook fully updated and wait for the product update that resolves the problem.

If classic/old Outlook still works, continue using that version as a workaround until the fix is released. If Outlook was working before and stopped after recent updates, another common workaround is to uninstall recent updates, reinstall Outlook classic, and use that while waiting for a permanent fix.

If the issue persists or blocks access to email, contact Outlook/Microsoft 365 support so the case can be associated with the existing known issue and monitored for resolution.
