Elevator Educator Achievement isn't appearing in my profile after clearly passing it

Question

Hi, I've completed the Elevate Educator - Expert (General) with my profile but it hasn't appeared in my achievements. I've finished every module and it won't appear in the achievements section despite numerous retakes. I've checked that every module has been completed too.
