I try opening my notes on Onenote but it keep popping up a window that says that "This page has been moved, deleted or you may have insufficient permissions to access it. Would you like to remove the preview card from home?"

I previously had issues accessing my notes so I uninstalled it from my phone and reinstalled it. That seems to work initially until today.

I tried accessing it on my browser but I cannot find them on my web version of note as well.

What is happening? Can anyone help me please?

    Hello mike lim,

I realize that you've encountered a problem with opening files on OneNote. I truly understand your confusion. Let me assist you further.

For me to provide the most accurate solution, would you please let me know few information about the situation you're experiencing:

    1. When you open OneNote Web, is it completely empty or do you see some notebooks but missing ones?
    2. In OneDrive (web), do you see a folder like “Documents” or “Notebooks” with your notes inside, or nothing at all?
    3. What exact email address type are you using (outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, microsoft.com, or other)?
    4. Before reinstalling, were your notes syncing (you could see them on another device/browser), or only on that phone?
    5. Did you ever share those notes with someone or were they only yours?

Once I have this information, I will be able to assist you better. I am looking forward for your respond.
