What is the $129.99 charge for and do we really need whatever service that is for? Budget constraints are pressing and perhaps we no longer need whatever that service is. I need to talk with someone please.

Could someone email me at: (PII Removed ***@peak.org).

Or phone my cell after Memorial Day. (PII Removed).

Thank you so much........ Sue Guss

I do not know what a tag is.

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, if you are sure no-one else has access to your banking details, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.

If you are still unable to resolve that payment problem, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Select Microsoft 365

Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

To find out what the $129.99 charge is for and whether it is needed, the charge must be checked directly against the Microsoft account and payment history; this cannot be done from here.

Use these steps to investigate and then talk to support:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account dashboard’s Manage your payments page and select Investigate next to the unrecognized charge. This will walk through the most common causes (active subscriptions with recurring billing, family member purchases, in‑app purchases, pre‑orders, or retried/previously declined charges).
      • Details are in How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft.
    2. If the charge is for a Microsoft 365 subscription that is no longer needed, sign in to the Services & subscriptions page and cancel it:
      • Follow the guidance in Unable to cancel your Microsoft subscription to ensure the correct account is used and that recurring billing is turned off.
    3. If cancellation has already been attempted but charges continue, check:
      • The subscription end date (cancellations must be more than 2 days before the billing date).
      • That the correct Microsoft account was used to cancel.
      • See Why am I still being charged after cancelling my Microsoft subscription? for details.
    4. After cancellation, check whether a refund is possible:
      • For subscriptions purchased from Microsoft, cancellation is required first, and not all cancellations result in a refund. See How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription for eligibility details.
    5. If the charge is unrecognized or appears fraudulent, or if help from a person is needed to decide what to keep or cancel:
      • Use the Get Help support options described in How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription (Contact Microsoft Support → Get Help → Contact Support) or the phone/contact options referenced in the Microsoft Q&A threads to speak with support about services and billing.

For subscriptions purchased through a third party (for example, Amazon), contact that retailer’s support to cancel and request a refund, as shown in the example where duplicate Microsoft 365 Family charges were resolved by calling Amazon.

For fraudulent‑looking Xbox or other charges, use the Get Help → Call me back option described in the Q&A example; support can review and credit unauthorized charges after confirming payment details have been secured.
