hi, recently i had lost my access to my Microsoft account, not this one Im typing on but on another one, and his data had been changed by the hacker, ive tried to get back in but unf Microsoft doesnt believe i have the right amount of data is my account, this is beacuse i dont know the name beacuse the hacker changed it into some Chinese thing, he deleted every posibility for me to get back into the account, only if microsoft checks who created the account and where is was created in the first place, and the first emails that were changed on the account were right where i am.

    Hi, I'm John J.D.

I understand how important your account is to you, so I’m going to be honest. If the email address has been changed and two-factor authentication has been enabled by the hacker, unfortunately, the account may no longer be recoverable.

    Just to confirm:

If you receive any error messages, such as “account doesn’t exist” or anything else, please let me know.
