Why is the plasma wings for US region?

i wanted to redeem it because it looked cool to have, but when ive search it up, it didnt appear on my region, but why only US region has it???

Plasma Wings (and other specific items) appear only in certain Microsoft Rewards regions because:

1. Rewards are region-specific
   • Microsoft Rewards catalogs differ by country/region. Not every digital item, gift card, or promotion is available everywhere.
   • Rewards must be redeemed in the same region where the account was originally set up.
2. Partner and licensing agreements
   • Some items are tied to regional marketing, licensing, or partner agreements, so they are only offered in selected markets such as the United States.
3. Catalog rotation and availability
   • Items can be added, removed, or limited to specific regions at any time. If Plasma Wings is listed only in the US catalog, other regions simply will not see it as an option.

If Plasma Wings does not appear in the local Rewards catalog, it cannot be redeemed there, and changing region or using a VPN is not supported for Rewards redemptions.
