Confilict with other apps configuration on iOS

Hi,
I'm trying to provide app configuration policy for the app store apps. For some reason policy does not apply because of conflict with a policy for a different app. See screenshot.
I understand that conflict is when user has 2 app configuration policy assigned to the same app but in this case the source of conflict is a policy for a diffrent app..

- Get the settings we configured in Edge app configuration policy.
- Get the settings we configured in Outlook-iOS app configuration policy.

2021-10-15T07:39:31.377+00:00 In the screenshot you can see Edge and Outlook-iOS policy, they both target VPP apps. My naming convention is that policies with MAM in the name target App Store app and rest are targeting VPP apps

2021-10-18T03:03:04.293+00:00 @Pawels , Thanks for the reply. From the settings, it seems they are not related. Without the test environment with VPP, I am unable to test for you. I have done research but not find the same issue. Here, we suggest to open case to check the background log to see if there's any new finding.
