Hello, Microsoft

I was just quietly watching youtube when I suddenly received a notification about my office 356 account. So I immediately checked whether there was something wrong with my office account. And that was clearly the case when I could no longer log in to my account. I have tried all your tips, for example I tried to check if I could not log in to all my browsers and it was. And I also tried to use this link: portal.office.com on INTERNET OPTIONS at PRIVACY and that didn't help either. The email works but my password has been changed or hacked. Because I enter the correct password but it says that it is still incorrect. So I can't login to anything with this important office email.

I want to regain access to my Office 356 account.

It happened to the browser: CHROME but does not work on all browsers.

Is there any other way to fix this. Thank you in advance!

In addition the the steps that you already tried, you may need to add https://login.microsoftonline.com to your list of trusted sites.

    In Chrome, go to:

Settings – Advanced – Content Settings

                 Cookies – Allow – ADD – “login.microsoftonline.com”

                Unsandboxed plugin access – Allow – ADD – “login.microsoftonline.com”

You may also need to add "https://autologon.microsoftazuread-sso.com/"

If you're still having this issue feel free to send me an email at AzCommunity@microsoft.com and I can open a support case for you and help troubleshoot.

Just to let you know that I had this issue where an office pc could not log into email or any office 365 apps, e.g. teams, One Drive after a number of different tries all of the above I found that uninstalling office giving the pc a reboot then signing in with a admin account and installing office then logging on as the user fixed the issue hope this helps. You may get a prompt to reactivate office.

Ps. it seems to be happening when the user changes the password for some reason.
