Redeemed Minecoin giftcard to wrong account

Good morning,

In April, I purchased a Minecoin gift card for my daughter. The set up between minecraft and microsoft is extremely difficult and not user friendly. Every time we have to deal with doing something for Minecraft where we have to get on microsoft, we are lost in knowing how to connect to different accounts. Anyway, Apparently, I have 2 microsoft accounts and didn't realize it. I accidentally redeemed the minecoin gift card on my account instead of uploading it to my daughter's account. The minecoins have remained unused and I would like to see how I can get them transferred to her account. The account I apparently logged into isn't even linked to hers since I didn't realize that I have 2 accounts. If possible, can you remove the card from my account and send me a new redemption code to then redeem on her account? Thank you

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Please note though that once redeemed on an account they cannot be transferred to another account. The best I can suggest is to check the in game store to see if there's an option to buy gifts for other players. If that option is available you may be able to spend those MineCoins to buy gifts to send to your daughter.
