In many cases, the 1-month trial shows first, and the 1-year device-included subscription is applied only after it’s fully redeemed. The best way to confirm what’s actually on the account is to check the Services page directly.
Could you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services using the same Microsoft account and see what’s listed there?
If it only shows a 1-month trial there, it usually means the device offer hasn’t been properly redeemed yet, not that the 1-year benefit is missing. In this case, contact the retailer or manufacturer for a manual activation code.
