How to add items to Sharepoint On-Premise list by using External Form

Hello everyone,

I am using SharePoint 2019 On-Premise and want to access the SharePoint list by using form on external Website.

Use Case:

User should be able to add items in SharePoint 2019 O-Premise list using External form/ Form outside the SharePoint Environment.
