I have successfully passed the Developing AI-Enabled Database Solutions exam; however, the certification has not yet been updated in my Learn profile. I have also attached the scorecard report for reference.

Kindly update the certification in my Learn profile associated with the email ID: [******@maqsoftware.com].

What you need to check and then do if you cannot find your certification is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications

The certification cannot be updated directly from here. Use the official Microsoft Credentials support channels so the certification team can review the DP-800 exam result and your Learn profile.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Verify the certification in Microsoft Learn
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account that was used to register and take DP-800.
      • Go to the Credentials section of the Learn profile and check the Certifications tab to see whether “Developing AI-Enabled Database Solutions” or “SQL AI Developer Associate” appears.
      • If the certification still does not appear, continue with the support steps below.
    2. Make sure exam and Learn profiles are on the same account
      • If exams were taken using different email addresses or accounts, the results may be on separate Learn profiles.
      • If there are multiple profiles, link and merge them so all exams and certifications appear together. Use the guidance in the Learn profile management documentation to add login accounts to the Learn profile and merge profiles.
    3. Open a Microsoft Credentials support ticket
      • Go to the Microsoft Credentials Support portal using the credentials support entry point.
      • Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the DP-800 exam.
      • Complete the contact information (only once; it will be reused).
      • Return to the same support link; the system will preselect Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials.
      • Create a new case describing that the DP-800 exam is passed but the SQL AI Developer Associate certification is missing from the transcript.
      • Attach the DP-800 score report (scorecard) to the case so the support team can validate the result.
    4. Wait for the support team’s response
      • After submission, the Microsoft Credentials Support team will review the account, exam record, and certification mapping and then update the Learn profile or advise on next steps.

These steps route the issue to the correct backend team; forum moderators and this assistant cannot modify certification records.
