Regarding SharePoint 2019 On Premise Search Service

Hi there,

My problem is I have indexed and crawled successfully in SharePoint 2019 On Premise. Besides I also use the URL (/_layouts/15/search.aspx/sitefiles?q=test) to try to search something by using key word and works well as follows:

But when I access the RESULT SOURCE (/_layouts/15/manageresultsources.aspx?level=site)) and Click the <Launch Query Builder>, I cannot find anything I want. My site hierarchy is:

<Launch Query Build>

https://xxx.xxx.xxx/ : Can be found
https://xxx.xxx.xxx/sites/bbb : Cannot find anything : I created another content source for this site

Does anyone ran into this question before and have any idea on it?

Thanks

try to remove conditions in "Query text" area one by one and see will it show any results after that. If after removing some of condition it will start working - then the problem is in last removed condition. One thing which I would also try is to add double quotes for paths specified with ParentLink and remove slashes from it, i.e.:

ParentLink:/Style Library/ -> ParentLink:"Style Library"

Thanks @sadomovalex, I remove the ParentLink and just keep "Contentsource:Intranet" . Unfortunately the same (cannot work fine).

@SHUOH-8693 ,

Full crawl the content source created on https://xxx.xxx.xxx/sites/bbb, would this issue still persist?
