Lost access to microsoft authenticator app so I cannot get into my account.

I need help logging in. I know my username and password but do not have access to my authenticator app. I try and get codes but cant get that either. I need a number to call or a solution. Any help will be appreciated.

2026-05-27T21:51:46.1633333+00:00 I was told to change my verification method but I cannot as I cannot login to my account. I cannot even view my invoice or cancel my account without logging in.
