How Do I Find The Gift Card I Redeemed

Hello everyone,

I am currently having trouble locating where to find the Xbox gift card that I redeemed.

I checked my email and my Microsoft account, but I can't find it anywhere.

Hi Mystery guy,

I understand how confusing this can be, especially after redeeming your Microsoft Rewards points and then not being able to find the Xbox gift card in your email or account.

Could you please confirm a few details?

  • When you check your Microsoft Rewards Order history, does the Xbox gift card show as Completed, In progress, Cancelled, or does it not appear at all?
  • Were your Microsoft Rewards points deducted from your balance?
  • Are you signed in with the same Microsoft account that you used to redeem the gift card?
  • Did your Microsoft account balance increase after the redemption?

In the meantime, please try these steps:

  • Sign in to the Microsoft Rewards dashboard with the same account you used for the redemption.
  • Go to Redeem > Order history.
  • Find the Xbox gift card redemption and check its Status.
  • If the order appears there, select Order Details to see whether there is a code, link, or redemption detail.
  • If available, select Resend to send the confirmation email again.
  • Also check your Microsoft account balance, since the gift card value may have been added directly to your account balance.
  • Check your spam/junk folder and make sure you are checking the primary email address linked to your Microsoft account.

If your points were deducted but the reward does not appear in Order history, your balance did not increase, and you did not receive any confirmation email, I recommend contacting Microsoft Rewards Support directly.
