Unable to login Azure Portal

Hi All,

I'm unable to sign into portal.azure.com, it keeps prompting to use my authenticator app but I do not receive the notifications.

I have no problems signing into portal.office.com or myapps.microsoft.com.

Please help.

    Thank you for your post!

    Since you're having issues logging into the Azure Portal with your Authenticator app, can you make sure that you have the Microsoft Authenticator correctly configured within aka.ms/mfasetup? If you're still having issues, you can also try signing into the Azure Portal with your Authenticator app open. In some cases you might not get notifications when the app is closed. For more info on common problems with the Microsoft Authenticator app.
