Unable to login Azure Portal

Hi All,

I'm unable to sign into portal.azure.com, it keeps prompting to use my authenticator app but I do not receive the notifications.

I have no problems signing into portal.office.com or myapps.microsoft.com.

Please help.

Thank you for your post!

Since you're having issues logging into the Azure Portal with your Authenticator app, can you make sure that you have the Microsoft Authenticator correctly configured within aka.ms/mfasetup? If you're still having issues, you can also try signing into the Azure Portal with your Authenticator app open. In some cases you might not get notifications when the app is closed. Hi James,

Yes I have installed it but it prompts for MFA twice when logging into portal.azure.com.

First time to https://login.live.com/oauth20_authorize.srf which authenticates and prompts on the mobile app successfully. Then it would immediately redirect to https://login.microsoftonline.com/andysohyinshenggmail.onmicrosoft.com/oauth2/v2.0/authorize which requests for MFA again.

I believe this could have resulted from creating an Teams Organization under my email account used. I've removed the Organization from m365, but it didn't solve the problem.

I'm unable to login to Azure to raise a support request. Could you kindly remove the Organization association to my personal email? Thank you.

Thank you for the quick follow up!

Unfortunately, I can't removed the organization from your personal email. However, since you're being prompted for MFA twice, can you try logging in using "Private Browsing" to see if you're experiencing the same behavior?
