Hi @budski82 ,
Welcome to Q&A forum!
I whtched the video and I very understand your confusion about this issue. Please check the following tips before troubleshotting this issue.
- Make sure your file is below the OneDrive file size limit of 100 GB.
- Make sure you have the latest Windows updates and the latest version of OneDrive.
If there is no problem with the above, I would suggest you try the following steps to check this issue. Besides, if a firewall or security software is enabled on your PC, please turn it off temporarily.
- First, please check whether it is consuming all the bandwidth through the Task Manager when using OneDrive. We can try setting the bandwidth limit to OneDrive: go to OneDrive>Settings and under Network, set the speed as you want to see the outcome.
- Try to connect to another network to check.
- Reset the Internet Explorer setting.
- Remove your OneDrive account from your PC and try to sign in again.
If the above do not work, please tery to reset your OneDrive. You could also refer the steps in the following official KB to check this issue.
Hope the information is helpful to you.
