how i can leverage cowork to solve the snow tickets and snow queue

Hello Experts,

I am currently exploring Microsoft Copilot (CoWork) to automate the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing process and reduce manual effort.

At present, I am able to perform operations such as ticket creation, updates, and other actions using Copilot, but these still require human interaction and prompts. My goal is to move beyond this and leverage CoWork as an autonomous agent to reduce ticket queues and minimize the workload on SNOW administrators.
