Accessing and using Microsoft Teams on smartphones and tablets across platforms

From what I’ve observed, there are also similar reports from other users experiencing the same behavior, where Power BI content is accessible on Desktop but not through Teams Mobile. This suggests that the issue may not be isolated to your environment.
At this time, there has not yet been any official communication confirming this as a wider service incident. However, to ensure your case receives proper visibility and investigation, I would recommend asking your IT administrator to report the issue through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Also, please have your IT admin open a ticket support, a Microsoft support engineer can further investigate the behavior on the backend of your tenant, including reviewing access configurations and any service-related factors that may be affecting the mobile experience.
