sharepoint list and person data type , time filtter, power automate, forms

i have to create i list with staff names with person data type in SP List and when we have a any new submitted form we need to check which staff will handle the task

  1. MS Forms should contain a task title.

  2. After MS Forms is submitted, a power automate workflow should be triggered and started. To do the following.

  3. Based on the time submitted at, compare the time with the “shifts” column in Table A to find the Member field for that specific shift to be retrieved.

  4. After retrieving the Member (Person type) to Power Automate, store the Task title that was submitted in the MS Forms to Table B with the Member allocated from step 2.. List item
