I cannot update win10pro windows update

Hi I'm new here, just looking for some helpful soul.

I cannot update windows update win10pro
Windows 10 Pro Edition
Version 20H2
Installed on 11/03/2021
Compilation of SO 19042,867
Windows Experience Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400 processor CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90GHz
RAM installed 8.00 GB (usable: 7.87 GB)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and Touch No pen or touch input available for this video


I can't update

update is completely disabled

window update wizard does not work:
Unable to find the required file.
make sure you have write permission on the installation folder.

I can't download anything from microsoft store

windows update:
there was a problem. try to reopen the settings later.

    1) Download and install on the desktop Windows 10 iso 21H1:

    2) Uninstall any of these non-Microsoft software
    a) antivirus
    b) firewall
    c) drive encryption

    3) Place the computer into clean boot:

    4) Perform an in place upgrade repair using the downloaded Windows 10 iso:

    5) Decline updates during the in place upgrade

    6) If there are any problems during the in place upgrade then run setupdiag and open a new thread for troubleshooting:
