It sounds like your previous Microsoft 365 subscription and your renewed Microsoft 365 Personal subscription may be associated with different Microsoft accounts.
Please sign in to Microsoft Account Services & Subscriptions and verify which Microsoft account shows the active Microsoft 365 Personal subscription.
Once you locate the active subscription:
→ Sign out of Office and Microsoft Store on your new laptop.
→ Sign in using the same Microsoft account that owns the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription.
→ Download and install Office from the Services & Subscriptions page.
If the subscription is visible but Office still cannot be installed, please let us know:
→ Do you see Microsoft 365 Personal listed under Services & Subscriptions?
→ Are you receiving a specific error message during installation or activation?
→ Was the previous Microsoft 365 Premium subscription purchased under the same email address?
This information will help determine whether this is an account mismatch or a subscription activation issue.
