I need to check if the ms office key I purchased is a genuine one or not or how many times this key is being activated

The only way to check that key is to log into this link with your Microsoft account, then enter the product key to activate the Office licence and link it to your Microsoft account as a digital licence, if this process succeeds and you can download and install Office, then there is no problem with the Office licence you have purchased, if this fails, please provide a screenshot of the error indicated.

Hello,

I bought a key from MS License but whenerver I put the code on the website provided, it shows me the next sequence of images/texts.

1.I enter the product key.

2.It shows me a window to select the language for Office, and I press Spanish.

3.It shows me a window for chosing 64 or 32 bits.

4.When I select either of them, it shows a window saying service not available (Technical Issues)

I have had the same error many times now differnt days on differnt months.

What should I do?

There is no self-service tool to check whether an Office product key is genuine or to see how many times it has been activated.

   • Use the guidance on authentic packaging, product key labels, and Certificates of Authenticity from the Microsoft “How to Tell” site to compare what was received with genuine examples. This site also explains how to report counterfeit software and what licensing options are available.
3. Watch for activation or “key not valid” errors
   • If activation fails with messages such as “This product cannot be activated because the product key is not valid” or similar product-key errors, the key may be blocked, not activated at point of sale, or otherwise invalid. In that case, contact the seller and request a refund.
