not received any email

I have stopped receiving emails to my hotmail account, other than adverts. I have tried sending test messages from other accounts but they are not received. This applies whether I use my Outlook app on my Android Phone , iPad or online on my laptop

    Hello,

    I see that you sent an email from another Email. May I know if you received a bounce back message?

    • Go to Outlook.com and sign in to your account.
    • Click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the upper-right corner.
    • Select Mail.
    • Select Rules. You will see all inbox rules currently configured for your mailbox.
    • Review the list for any unfamiliar rules, especially rules that:
      • Forward emails to another address.
      • Delete messages automatically.
      • Move messages to RSS Feeds, Junk Email, Archive, or custom folders.
      • Mark messages as read or redirect them.
    • To inspect a rule, click Edit next to it.
    • To remove a suspicious rule, click Delete.
    • Make sure there are no forwarding rules you did not create yourself.
