Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you using Outlook web, Outlook New or Classic for Windows/Mac, or the Outlook mobile app?
    2. Is this happening on one device or on all your devices?
    3. Have you checked if Focused Inbox is turned on and if your emails might be going to the Other tab instead of the main Inbox?

In the meantime, I recommend checking out this Microsoft support article:

    Check any Outlook rules:

    • In https://outlook.live.com/mail go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Rules and Mail > Forwarding to make sure no one has set up rules to forward or delete your messages.

If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.

    Hi @Eric Watkins

If you have not received any emails for the past 4 days, please check the following:

➜ Verify that your mailbox is not full.

➜ Check your Junk Email, Deleted Items, and Archive folders.

➜ If you use Outlook rules, review them to ensure emails are not being moved or deleted automatically.

➜ Try signing in to Outlook on the web and check whether new emails appear there.

➜ Send a test email to your account from another email address and see if it arrives.

Could you also let us know:

➜ Are you able to send emails successfully?

➜ Are all emails missing, or only emails from certain senders?

➜ Are you using Outlook.com, the Outlook desktop app, or a mobile device?

This information will help determine whether the issue is related to mailbox settings, email delivery, or the Outlook application itself.
