i have facing problems in getting monthly bonuses points in microsoft rewards

i want to say that today is 3rd of june and month starts from 1st but the monthly bonuses points which u give to all is not ready to claim till now its showing that it is in pending status whyyy please fix it as soon as possible pleaseeeeeeeee
