Organizing and accessing contact information in Outlook on the web for business

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few additional details?
- Does the issue affect all contacts or only specific contacts?
- Are the affected contacts saved in your Contacts/ People folder?
- When you start typing a contact name in the "To" field, do no suggestions appear at all, or do you receive an error message?
- If you search for the contact directly in "People", can you find it there?
- Has this issue started recently, or has autocomplete never worked for these contacts?
- Could you share a screenshot of the behavior (with any personal information removed)?
This information will help determine whether the issue is related to contact storage, synchronization, or the Outlook autocomplete service.
