Kindly try to uninstall Roblox and install it again. If the issue persists, please let me know the make and model of your device, as I will check if the PC is compatible with Roblox:
Press the Windows key + R, then type in:
msinfo32
Then hit OK
Click File > Save > Save it to Desktop or Documents.
