Don't you think you might be being a little premature? ;)
You can use the latest implemented C++ features in VS if you set the project's "C++ Language Standard" setting to Preview - /std:c++latest.

I’m sorry the current highest version of C++ is only C++20, so C++23 cannot be used in VS.
